Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Customers may cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched will not be eligible for a refund.
- In case of service delays or unavailability of technicians, customers can request either a reschedule or a full refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email at enquiry@dozit.in with full booking details.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days via the original payment method.
- DOZIT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have been availed or completed are non-refundable.
- Services involving installation or replacement of parts/accessories are also non-refundable.
- Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.
4. Partial Refunds
- In cases where only a portion of the service is completed due to unforeseen reasons, a partial refund may be issued at DOZIT’s discretion.
