Cancellation & Refund Policy


1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  1. Customers may cancel service requests up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. In case of service delays or unavailability of technicians, customers can request either a reschedule or a full refund.

2. Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted via email at enquiry@dozit.in with full booking details.
  2. Approved refunds will be credited within 7 working days via the original payment method.
  3. DOZIT is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  1. Services that have been availed or completed are non-refundable.
  2. Services involving installation or replacement of parts/accessories are also non-refundable.
  3. Promotional or discounted services are not eligible for refunds.

4. Partial Refunds

  1. In cases where only a portion of the service is completed due to unforeseen reasons, a partial refund may be issued at DOZIT’s discretion.
